Lead Alert Notifications Not Received

It has been reported that lead alerts aren't being received in some cases.  If this is happening to you, please use the following option as a temporary fix:

  1. Open a promotion
  2. Remove all lead alert notifications
  3. Add 1 email alert 

Keep in mind, adding more than 1 lead alert isn't an option at this time, neither are text/phone lead alerts.

Utilize your dashboard to see lead alert activity (activity timeline on the left).
