"Bad Credentials" Error Message
If you are trying to login to your Goomzee/Realty Connect account and receive "bad credentials" error message, please contact support (firstname.lastname@example.org). Also, please consider the following:
- Please make sure you are using the correct login credentials (case sensitive password)
- Some MLS's have created a single-sign-on process, where you login to your MLS then choose "Goomzee" from products/toolbox. If this is the case, you need to use this method to login. If you try to login through our website "Login" button, the system will not recognize your credentials.
